The Partner is granted a non-exclusive right to distribute and facilitate orders within the Assigned Geographical Territory (e.g., Patna Municipal Area). Operations outside the designated Pincode/City without prior written consent from Mateshwari Enterprises are strictly prohibited.
Commission rates are determined based on the Product Category. These rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Management.
To ensure healthy market competition, Mateshwari Enterprises implements a Maximum Cap of 2 (Two) Partners per major city (e.g., Patna). Slot availability is governed by a first-come-first-served basis and performance-based retention.
Partners must maintain high standards of service. Mateshwari Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the Partnership Agreement without prior notice under the following conditions:
Earnings are credited to the Partner Virtual Wallet upon successful delivery and completion of the "Returns Window." The minimum threshold for a bank transfer request (Payout) is ₹1,000.00. All payouts are subject to TDS as per Government of India regulations.
Approval of the "Partner Account" is subject to the successful verification of the GSTIN and secondary identification documents. False information may lead to permanent blacklisting of the enterprise.
